From 14th May till 20th May 2016 the Healthy European Youth  Erasmus+ project team took part in the second short-term students exchange. The hosting school was Dimotico Scholeio Plates Imathias, Greece. The school is located in Platy Imathias, about 50 km away from Thessaloniki. The participants of the meeting were nine partner schools from Greece, Poland, Spain, Italy, Finland, Turkey, Estonia, Slovakia, Romania. The Polish team was represented by six students: Magdalena Bożek, Julia Czochrowska, Lidia Ożgo, Jakub Wojtas, Mateusz Janiak and Maciej Szewczyk and two accompanying teachers: logKatarzyna Miska nad Bogusława Denys. The meeting was a chance to compare and exchange ideas about different educational systems. The students took part in activities devoted to healthy lifestyle with special emphasis on healthy diet. The posters prepared in international teams and workshops on healthy cooking were good examples of the project team cooperation. The meeting was a great opportunity to get familiar with the Greek culture, so rich in traditions and history. Our students had a chance to make new friends and appreciate the great hospitality of our Greek partners. All the teams are looking forward to the next project activities in the last year of Erasmus+ HEY project implementation.
